THE VALUE PRESENTED CONSIDERS THE SUPPLY OF THE BASE KIT, CONSTITUTED  PER:

WALL  SIMPLE: panels  comments with a sandwich-type structure, composed of two sides of Calcium Silicate and EPS Light Concrete core.  2600 x 610  x 90  mm thick with m/f fitting system;

FLOORING: Floating (wood fiber and resin class AC5);

INTERIOR COVERAGE: Execution of false ceiling, including application of steel profiles, laying plasterboard plates and treatment of joints;

EXTERIOR FRAMEWORK: Exterior windows and doors in aluminum with double glazing opening and hinged;

INTERIOR FRAMEWORK: Wooden doors.

Interior partition 2.50mx 1.25m (storage/wc);

Roof support structure, via galvanized steel purlins, placed directly under the panels that make up the exterior and interior walls.

Isothermal cover, 3-wave sandwich panel 30 mm thick (tile color),  ridge,  fasteners;

Ceiling execution  false, including application of steel profiles, laying plasterboards and treating joints.
