THE VALUE PRESENTED CONSIDERS THE SUPPLY OF PACK 3 (modular structures):

Includes:

PE) Exterior walls with 40mm thick sandwich panel, built with pre-lacquered sheet on both sides and interior in injected polyurethane with a density of 40 kg/m³. Panel union by male/female with seal.

Possibility of using panels with a thickness of 60 or 80 mm, in polyurethane or rock wool;
PI) The structure of the interior walls is made with 70mm metal profiles and insulation is placed with 60mm thick rock wool. The interior walls, ceilings and partitions are covered with 12mm plasterboard (plasterboard) or 10mm thick wood lining.

CF) Final coverage with 2 waters in profiled galvanized sheet. Rock wool roof insulation with a 60mm thick vapor barrier. False ceiling consisting of a 30mm sandwich panel coated on the inside with 12mm plasterboard or 10mm thick wooden lining;

PAV) Double floor, with air box, built with MGO boards with high mechanical resistance and good humidity resistance properties, fixed to the base frame. In the air box we put 40mm thick roofmate boards. The interior floor covering is made with laminated floating floor (vinyl in the WC division);

CE) Exterior Frame in white PVC with 70mm thickness and 4/16/4mm double glazing;

CI) Interior Frames, sliding doors in chipboard/plywood with wood veneer;

RE) Electricity lines, switchgear and respective components;

RA) Water branches made with multilayer tube and respective accessories;

RAR) Wastewater extensions made with PVC pipe and respective accessories;

RNTV) Net and TV extensions;

IS) Sanitary installation equipped with shower cabin, washbasin unit, faucet monoblock, mirror, toilet, tank and top;

Options:

OPE) Exterior Wall Options - Replacement of the sandwich panel on the facade by walls with a total width of 114mm, built with metal profiles with 90mm, coated on the outside with MGO plates 12mm thick, inclusion (in the air box) of rock wool with 80mm thick and lined on the inside with 12mm plasterboard or 12mm thick lining.

RF) Facade covering with expanded cork agglomerate, presenting the natural appearance of visible cork;

Covering the façade in capoto;

Facade coating with mirrored panels, glazed panels, etc;

ORPI) Interior Wall Covering Options - Wallpaper, plywood panels, natural stone panels, etc...
